I have always hoped that JNSH would be able to not only increase the number of EV charging stations within the Chicago metro area, but also grow the network into some of these main corridors in the Midwest. If any part of your scenario involves CCGI turning over control of their network in some regions of the U.S. to JNSH in lieu of cash payment, I would definitely be in favor of that. I also see our services as complimentary, there are many ways to forge a mutually beneficial relationship (assuming the rotten apples are no longer present).
At this point, I just want some resolution and to move forward.
