I wonder how many additional shares will be distributed to get the remaining $160 million? Add in the nearly 59 million in the current OS. Again, my guess is 130 - 150 million additional shares will be distributed. That is, of course, unless GE does another RS, which seems very likely given how he has conducted the business starting this past November. If he does a 1 for 4 RS in the next week or 2, the OS would drop to around 15 million. That all by itself would cause a the pps to run up strongly after the split. If that scenario played out, the remaining distribution would be completed quickly and with a relatively small number of shares. Perhaps with as few as 10-15 million new shares leaving the OS at less than 30 million. That could make DRYS a decent investment. Too many unknowables at this point though.
