Serious question for the board,

Where do you see this company in 5 years under it's current business plan? And why do you feel that way?

As an investor what truly concerns me here. The following is not negative just a realist view IMHO.

from Sunworks warranty page:

Our installers are certified NABCEP installers, are highly trained and experienced in the jobs they manage. They’re not roofers who install solar, they’re solar panel installers who work on all kinds of roofs and terrains. Our company has over 30 years of experience and our leadership in the solar industry means we have the capacity to back our work (from design to install) for twenty-five years!

The company has 30 years of experience yet neither of the 3 companies grew very big in those 30 years.

What is to make us think, what was not done in 30 years of operation will happen in the next 5. The current fact is new Sunworks is nothing more than then a combine of 3 small companies, that remained small for all their years in operation.

IMHO, I see growth from here but how much going forward is the real question.

The company gives guidance of 30% growth for 2017 what effect will that have on the share price in 2017?

Where is the spark going to come from to push this stock price up?
