I will give you the institutions. There is a possibility of losing some ownership. However, institutional ownership is only at 4.82% according to Nasdaq.com. Not a big loss.

I hope it doesn't come down to it in the first place and that this vote is merely a formality. But an RS usually leads to a lower stock price and more dilution.
