It is May 1, but IFON does not get delisted or The company has to do RS that day or next!

Nasdaq will allow IFON to request a panel hearing which IFON will do. In that case, the hearing may occur 2,3,4 weeks from May 1. Until the hearing takes place, the stock will continue to trade. And, at the hearing, IFON may offer Nasdaq solutions (RS has to be one of them, but not the only one, imo) to comply. After that, the stock may continue to trade with or without RS!
