I believe BOTH doors will be open, #2 first because....

in stockpiling the ARS for a first emergency response anecdote to a radiation incident.....I don't believe the people effected will care about if they get a headache, dry mouth or vomiting as a side effect......imhop

I may be way off base, but didn't the previous or current medicines bypass the safety test on humans and those companies received huge contracts......??

my point on door #2 being first, I don't think the people in South Korea, Japan and our troops, nor anyone else on the front lines will care about human testing if the FDA and NIH clear it on large animals??? ...imhop.....especially if the PLX cells can't hurt a person even if they don't have ARS.....

Now, door #1....I actually see this being the case to treat ARS when it comes to anything but a emergency response, such as chemo therapy, etc......then human testing is a MUST...which now puts it into 2019.....imhop
