I appreciate your concern but if you look at the documents we are referring to if we are able to claw back many if not all of the items listed in the table we could stand to fair better than you describe and frankly the end accounting is a bit of a black box (and yes I realize there are financial statements out there etc..)

I think more importantly for many folks (myself included) much of this is about a vote of "I'd rather take .10 than .20 signing back on with any of the criminals that got us here in the first place".

Oh and btw...I meant no criticism of you buying and flipping. Honestly more power to you. It's just not my thing --and in this case I am suffering as are many of us from that -- but I respect your success.
