The patent I mentioned is unrelated to the current protection. The actual original patent for 2-73 is still covering us and has for a long time. It is a Greek initiated patent. It will be expiring soon and we will gain issuance just in time.

It was example used for timing, but that patent doesn't protect 2-73.
