of course you wouldn't make that number up .. maybe you don't understand what it means though. You don't know where they got the number from so you are asking where it could of been pulled from. I would have to say that it could be one or more trades that are tracked that had yet to fully settle on that date....but as you can see from that site.... it still had a least 1 day to settle before it would trigger an FTD (Failure to Deliver) or a 'short'.
It looks like they got settled - because as my last post to you pointed out...the official SEC tracking of all of October 2015 proved that all sales completed within 3 days and none were registered as short.
