If you would finally take the time to read an entire posts or references before you respond, you would have seen where I wrote more than once it is a receptor chaperone. Not a protein chaperone.

Funny, because it really seemed like you were the one that didn't read your own reference. Anyway, now that we've cleared up the real point of the discussion. I.e. that one of the main chaperone functions of S1R is modulation of protein folding...let's address the tangent of receptor vs. protein chaperone.
