"three year employment agreement with Robert DeAngelis to serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. DeAngelis will be paid a minimum of $10,000 per month plus performance bonuses." <---- But he does not do anything, because there are no operations. lol $120,000 a year plus stock to be dumped.
