Some weeks back I warned that for every dollar we think we deserve, there will be multiple claimants feeling just as deserving as we are. If this takes years (which it could) to settle once and for all, the only winners might be the lawyers. I've been involved in these BKs and shareholder lawsuits before and can't recall one that retuned more than 10% of my losses.
Since I'm a very small investor I don't normally even bother with the paper work, but will this time. After 15 years, I take this case very personally.
Fool me once , shame on you . Fool me year after year every quarter for a decade and ......?
P.S. I've mailed a letter to Timothy J. Fox Jr. twice now and it's come back return to sender/undeliverable twice. Anyone have an address for Mr. Fox that actually works?
