"until that happens" there won't be any pumping to drive this above a quarter penny.
i've seen this game plan before:
1. take on convertible debt from friendly parties
2. management pays themselves a fat salary for doing nothing
3. raise the A/S, make excuses if necessary "prevent a hostile takeover!" "simply a technicality for our covenants!" etc.
4. Debt converts at a low share price
5. Management releases PRs, gets up to date on financials, etc.
6. Share price rises a bit on higher volume
7. Converted shares are dumped at a nice profit
8. After debtholders have dumped all shares, then the hype ends and the buying dries up
9. Share price finds a new low after investors realize they were tricked
10. Repeat!!
After a few cycles, there's a R/S, shell is sold to a new manager who begins again with a different vacuous business plan.
