Agree for the most part, but I do think it's relatively simple. They have orders for 5 million units and now the money to produce those units. IMO only a matter of time before 5BARZ starts making money.

What happened to the $20M from Axis? I say who needs it! Less dilution is better for 5barz shareholders, and that's what we get with this deal which imo is substantially better than selling off an entire chunk of the business. And 5BARZ can still do that now, but at better valuations once they start deploying units.

They don't need to be "home free," they just need to be headed in the right direction.
