Toxic, The problem with this situation unlike every other is that DRYS is willing to dilute at 20% of liquidation value(which would never happen with a real company) What this does is cause the current asset value per share to collapse far faster than a typical dilution. In a normal market buyers would be willing to support the company at a value far higher than liquidation. With DRYS, no one wants to buy at any valuation cause the buyers finally woke up and realized the owner has a billion dollars plus to sell and now all the buyers are just waiting for a better discount to enter. DRYS already sucked 400 million of day traders money into their coffers and now those day gamblers are holding paper watching the losses mount faster than they could imagine.

This has created a vacuum because no one can believe this guy has found Rumplestiltskins magical wheel! Every criminal in the world is like "wholly shit" all we need is a symbol and we can just create money from thin air?!?! Who knew!
