Here are the REAL FACTS about Leon Frenkel's VLDI holdings
On December 31, 2014, he owned 30,046,559 Common shares of VLDI. (this is straight from his own SEC filings so it is NOT debatable)
In November 2015 he attended the investor's conference in Philadelphia. He saw the VP-enabled Messaging App in operation and was actually given a live demonstration.
As a result of his conviction that what he saw was more than smoke and mirrors, over the next year he added 9,430,149 more shares of stock by various means, conversion, purchase off the street, etc., so that by December 31, 2015, he owned 39,476,708 shares of Common stock.(this is straight from his own SEC filings so it is NOT debatable)
Over the next twelve months he accumulated by various means an additional 4,929,752 shares of Common stock bringing his total holdings to 44,406,460?(this is straight from his own SEC filings so it is NOT debatable)
To any reasonable person the fact that the man added a total of 14,359,901 shares of Common stock AFTER he saw the demonstration of the VP-enabled application, this would indicate that he was encouraged by what he saw.
Now, I never met the man, so I suppose he could be a complete idiot who was losing money at every turn through stupid investing decisiions, but since the evidence indicates he has spend many years increasing his wealth by wise PROFITABLE investment decisions I somehow doubt that he is is a stupid man.
