I think we already know that there will be no audit. When the auditor, Zwick, simply refers investors to an 8K which doesn't exist, that pretty well sums it up. I think Zwick management is incredulous and cannot believe that anyone would seriously think that they were contracted based on a PR from a non-reporing pinkie!

They refer people to a non-existent PR because the supposed agreement is non-existent. I'm sure they are having a good laugh at the water cooler over this.
