Many are trying to scare small investors- lol

Many posters are trying to scare small investors using preferred and receivership. If Government screws common of old GSEs why would anyone invest in NEW GSEs? Exactly same word was said by former FHFA director Lockhard in January 2009 om CNBC.
Look at what is happening with GM. No one is interested in buying in spite of such great line of products and value. GM will have to give dividend to attract investors. Otherwise GM will go BK in next bubble burst.
