An argument can be made about many things involving driving cars, resulting in serious injury or death, such as distracted driving by texting, Web surfing etc with that darn hand held device we cherish so dearly.

Guns used the wrong way, surfers drowning or getting eaten by a shark...you name it, so should they get rid of their surfboard?

Booze and driving don't mix.

Drugs of any kind and driving don't mix.

This is about an investment in a pot stock to make a few bucks, as Society will handle the rest, like all my law enforcement friends say, live your life, but don't cross that line of the law.
