That's how it works.

The company will pay him back if they ever get permission to sell shares again.

So it's the shareholders dime in the end.

As for what you "know".

It's exactly nothing.
This is a public company.
You know what everyone knows.

You assume a lot based on what you are told, but if the company has anything truthful to say they say it in public. Where we KNOW they must speak truthfully or face the legal consequences.

This is why every time you have said "Dan says" it has failed to appear.
Dan can and will say anything to stroke shareholders.
He can completely lie and there is nothing you can do except learn a lesson.

That's why calling or writing Dan is worthless.

If he had anything worth saying he would say it publically.
Why won't he speak publically?
