Nonsense. There are no confirmed company fundamentals on which to pass judgment. The company can say anything it wants ... since it doesn't have to file with the SEC and prove it.

If the company was deregistered in order to save money, it wouldn't be ginning up a market with consistent PRs ... and then 30-60 days later acknowledge that it was selling shares into the market it created. (That kind of behavior is nothing short of deliberate deception and dilution)
