You sir are correct. The preferred shares are another story. That was such a low, scumbag thing that Steipp did. There was a block of preferred shares authorized that were dissolved and Tommy boy bragged to high heaven about getting rid of them. Only to turn right around and authorize a new block of preferred shares with "unspecified rights".

I know there are some here who will claim that Tommy boy did such a great job but all I ever saw him do was line his own pockets at the expense of shareholders. So glad Mr. Li is in charge now. I have real hope for the future of my investment.
