More selling well below book value on poor guidance and one weak warm winter quarter...
We will hold for 30% increase from today and not over react if we have patience. I look at it this way: I was always going to hold for the returns unless coverage dropped, which it has not and probably won't.

IMO this is a huge buying op. Wish I had not spent most of my cash prior to this as I would own 1000 more units! GLTA!
