FDA has every right to reject if they can. Unfortunately, small player like INNV has ZERO dollar to pursue litigation with the FDA. FDA knows it and it's being funded by the BIG PHARMA. THEY DON"T WANT TO LOSE A SHARE ON THIS FLONASE BUSINESS BY LETTING SMALL PLAYERS LIKE INNV. FDA is corrupt and WE ALL KNOW THAT. THAT"S THE FACT AND TRUTH WHY THIS IS TAKING 3 years and more... prob never.
