"Merger" A Scapegoat?

Being that no one knows of anything that VelaTel actually owns or runs, it is a possibility that they used a phony "merger" announcement as a scapegoat to lessen fallout from their failed Hong Kong venture.

The VelaSmell is only getting worse each passing day George Alvarez remains in his bunker.
