Filed a cased that was then Dismissed.How people continue to bring that up is RIDICULOUS!Its from 1994 and the case was dropped, he was never charged or he would be in jail or at the very least not be able to continue operations as he has!So enough with that crap. $COTE


Upon application by counsel, Coates was released from jail by a federal magistrate in the Southern District of New York on July 26, 1994, without the posting of cash or a bail bond. See id. ¶ 3C. Coates was incarcerated for five days. See id. ¶ 3D. The Office of the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York dismissed the criminal charges. See id. ¶ 3F.
