Here's more BS from them. They had supposedly made so many if these "deals" that their projected yearly income was in the 10-100s of millions of dollars. So by now they would be as rich or richer than MS or Apple. Lol, lol

VANCOUVER, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - All America Casting
International Inc. (Symbol: AMEI-OTC-Pinks-BB) today announced that it
has
acquired Faubourg Voice Video & Data Services Inc., a private British
Columbia
corporation. Through a share transaction, All America has acquired all
outstanding shares of Faubourg, including its assets, technologies,
management
expertise, advisory board and several major business opportunities that will
radically affect the Company's future as a leading provider of VoIP (Voice
over Internet Protocol) technology in North America.
During the past three years, Faubourg has developed and perfected a
working model of a communications bundle created expressly for MDU's
(Multiple
Dwelling Units) and MBU's (Multiple Business Units) to an existing,
committed
subscriber base of 6500 dwelling units. AMEI's communications bundle
will be
one of the most comprehensive packages offered anywhere in North
America. It
will include local and long distance dialtones, discounts of up to 60% on
long
distance calls, Internet access at three speeds, video on demand, in-suite
security and nanny cams. The Company expects that first stage gross
revenues
will average between $ 80.00 and $ 120.00 Cdn. per month per suite,
which will
be shared between AMEI and the property management company. Monthly
gross
revenue will be approximately $ 140,000 Cdn.
AMEI's VoIP bundle is unique because it offers a complete, flexible
telecom infrastructure, together with service at a minimal cost to property
management groups. This complete powerline network solution includes
management software that allows for remote control in each suite. There
are no
intrusive installation requirements, and AMEI's system will be seamlessly
operational within 60 days. AMEI's package represents a new revenue-
producing
opportunity, not only for property management groups, but for industries
such
as the hospitality sector and other commercial and individual applications,
too.
The Company is now proceeding to install its communications bundle
into
the first 144 dwelling units in Edmonton, Alberta, with subsequent
installations in Montreal and Vancouver. In addition, AMEI is proceeding
with
complete installs in two Vancouver area hotels totaling 191 units.
"Our acquisition of Faubourg Voice Video and Data and its committed
base
of 6500 subscribers provides a giant leap forward for the Company, as well
as
giving us an immediate revenue stream in our quest to become a leading
provider of VoIP technology," stated Richard Kipping, Chairman and CEO
of All
America.
