Services Company & Appoints New Chief Operations Officer

- Richard Kipping, Chairman of All American Casting International Inc.,
(OTC-Pinks-Symbol: AMEI) is pleased to announce the acquisition of One
World Wireless Inc., a British Columbia incorporated company carrying on
the business of the sales and marketing of long distance telephone
services throughout North America. The acquisition was facilitated by the
transfer of 2,000,000 common shares without par value in the capital stock
of All American issued from the treasury at the current market value price
of 5.5 cents per share for a total consideration of $ 110,000.00 USD to
acquire all of the shares of One World, (10,000,000 no par value common
shares) which represents 100% of the issued and outstanding shares in
the capital of One World. All American's acquisition of One World Wireless
is an extremely important development because it rapidly accelerates the
Company's plans in becoming a successful provider of alternative, low
cost long distance telephone services to the global community through the
use of broadband Internet connections. (VoIP) One World Wireless already
has a structure in place to market these services and is currently
underway with certain proprietary developmental negotations with several
strategic industry partners. It is also testing a state-of-the-art network that
will use home gateways to connect broadband users to its long distance
services. This system is presently up and running and is now fully
operational. Incorporating this system into the Company's infrastructure is
the first step in enabling All American to offer extremely competitive long
distance rates to residential and small business owners throughout North
America. The Company will now commence the initial phase of marketing/
sales of a wide variety of attractively priced, low cost long distance
packages to its customers. Mr.Kipping also announces the appointment of
Robert Fraser as the Chief Operations Officer of All American Casting.
Most recently, Mr. Fraser was the COO of Corinex Communications Corp.,
an industry leader in data systems integration and technology
development, with offices in Vancouver, Bratislava, (Slovakia), Dubai and
Hong Kong. Corinex' main focus is to develop circuit boards that allow
electrical wiring in homes or offices to accommodate high-speed data
networks. Corinex has recently created some of the largest wide-area data
networks in Eastern Europe. Mr. Fraser was responsible for all aspects of
Corinex' operations, including the process of opening sales channels to
retailers, wholesalers and VAR's throughout North America for the Corinex
Powerline Product Suite; peripheral devices that allow electrical wiring to
be utilized to create high-speed local area data networks. As Chief
Operations Officer for the Company, Mr. Fraser will be resonsible for all
aspects of the Company's operations, including the marketing of the
Company's unique telephone products and long distance services. With his
fifteen years' tenure with such industry leaders as AT&T and Corinex, Mr.
Fraser brings a wealth of knowledge and industry experience to the
