Update, I was wrong. NEW SEC FILINGS:

The employee stock options all seem to be granted in one fell swoop.

So I was wrong in saying it might be a positive sign officers were converting as they could have been timing things. It seems the timeline may have well been out of their control.

One redeeming factor to my being wrong is the fact Ekso's compensation board likely only granting their officers these options because they are happy with their work.
