it is laughable for anyone to contend that politics had anything to do with the fraud case against the company and its management.

Unfortunately, we will never know, but to suggest the Obama administration didn't use the SEC, or IRS, or FBI, or Justice Department to achieve political goals is laughable.

The SEC, like every well intentioned govt. bureaucracy does, punished the shareholders and Robin, and not the wrongdoers.
