It's headed nowhere. There is no way this stock will ever move above .0001 and that's because of the huge 750B A/S and the 750B of unconverted warrants. It is important that you understand that warrant holders will convert their warrants to common shares whenever they see movement, so they will never let the bid go above .0001. The reason for this is that when they convert at .0001 they will make huge profits by also selling at .0001.

As long as there is volume, they will continue converting and selling keeping the pps at .0001 or "no bid". This means there will always be a huge supply at .0001 never reaching .0002. Also, the warrant holders don't want it to go to .0002 and that's because if it did, converting at .0002 or higher would mean they would lose big if it then dropped back to .0001.
