The first question I have is, will the dividend stock show up in our brokerage accounts? If it doesn't, we will have real confidence issue. I'm assuming it will, perhaps something like the F-share dividend a couple of years ago.

And then, they have to spin-off 25% now and the other 25% a year from now. For the reasons discussed.

If they don't do it, then we will need a listing on Pink. Alternative reporting. I already dropped the latter suggestion with Peter some time ago and he sounded very excited about the prospects of another listing on Pink for Triway (not).

So they have to do one of these things at least. Spinning off the whole 50% now just feels very wrong.
