Now PPHM has reneged on that prior commitment.



If NEED BE is when they get a NO from NASDAQ. They can then make the RS effective immediately. Thing is that nobody will be able to easily time it which is a good thing and a RISK has been created now because a YES suddenly becomes part of the equation.

The short interest already got its first adjustment.

If PPHM would NOT do an RS and list on the OTC or take the company private then your above statement would be correct.
