BTW after rereading the April 18, 2017 PR I see that Bruce never mentioned when Bruce/Ganthet made the investment in the unsecured 10% convertible note in VLDI. They do not mentioned when and how much of an investment was made by Bruce/Ganthet in VLDI. Was this part of a larger investment? Like I said it appears they are making things up as they go along with no accounting to support the past transaction to support what they are saying now. Just a little too convenient!
