All- I would encourage each of you to carefully read the Equity Committees reply posted just now to the preposterous Response document from the DEBTORS (IMSC/Securpoint ) that was posted the other day.

Instead of using anecdotal statements and hyperbole as we have seen in from both the DMRJ attorneys and Debtors attorneys, the EC and B&R come with such detail and specific information (they even enumerate every item of financial concern that they have fought for ,cited both parties positions and stated the outcome (some of course have status of pending).
I have to say this document IMHO is a piece of art and at the same time turns my stomach to think even right up to the end MGMT is trying to keep taking money from shareholders and keep collecting a paycheck while lying to us by stating common shareholders concerns are their primary focus i . There is much to read here but a big call out is notice that the DEBTORS refused to go into mediation with our EC instead working to cut their own independent deal with DMRJ essentially trying to box the EC (and us!) out. I keep thinking surely I cant be surprised by anything in this case anymore but these guys (Mgmt/BOD) know no moral basement.

Lastly I again want to thank the EC for working so hard and being such a class act all along...and frankly for being the better equipped and more intelligent team throughout this whole ordeal.
