Because the development of penny plays to scams is an interesting process which could be used to learn how a management has the gut to lie to the public market for many years and still find followers even the company does not generate any revenues for 5 years - like LPL - and even does obscure transactione with subsidaries from scam to scam- as PLPL did - and STILL the public does not get why ... but nevertheless always player come back after the scam did show a 20% plus at the chart. So I notice that proportional to the lies of a scam stock - as PLPL - many gambler come back and try to thrill the stock market with fantastic predictions about scams - like PLPL.
By the way, you did ask me a question - so this reply is not off topic as it is the reply you have been asking for ! Additional it is a stockholders opinion about PLPL !!!!!
