$ZNTR As long as we have sellers hitting the bid, this will continue to be stuck at these levels. Bottom line, looks like those selling at the bid don't want this to go further at this time. Why would that be true? Maybe they want to get the 3's back on the ask so they can get those cheaper shares. Or maybe it is just poor trading by folks that don't know how to trade sub-pennies. Either way may have to wait for a company update to ever get this back to higher levels. Patience required.
