To begin, everyone will need to have patience.
I have been reviewing, investigating and worked very closely with key representatives of ANY for the past 3 years.
I will be reviewing both sides of the story.
I will be aggressive with everyone and if this becomes an attack on me, I will simply leave.
This action is to only correct the stories with FACTS.
Enough from the has-beens and enough from the speculators.
This has become a sport and not a business.

Each post will be split into 2 sides. ANY and the rest (this includes you all).

We can agree that ANY management team has made some poor decisions.

We can also agree that this chat group has made some claims that are inaccurate.

And so, since we all know the ANY management team there is really no need to call them out but comment on their actions.

Lets begin if Glassware is real. YES it is! I had the experience to travel and visit some the shows and in particular 2 sites the with the actual device. The so called “SERVER” exists. I was able to notice a few things while onsite. Along with the box, there are key pieces of documentation that prove the production of the units. MS server license key. This document was part of the ANY certificate given to the customer. This is an important piece of information. The MS license Label, stuck on the unit is labeled MS OEM W2K8 R2.

I found this interesting because, the OEM key and sticker can only be purchased with a MS agreement. These agreements can not be purchased through local suppliers. So there is a manufacture agreement with MS! This also means that a bulk deal, for inventory had to occur.

And now for you DEREK, stay focused, follow and answer the question, Do you agree? There is a MS License agreement?

Do not play the game of distraction here a simple yes or no will suffice.

If it is no, please explain with knowledge. If you dont answer, I’ll assume you agree.

For everyone else, please wait for the next point,
