Yes sir! For the OTC 1.5 billion is very low when your sitting in the low trips like $ILST is. Most of the longs here have soaked up most of that float being it's been at .0001 and .0002 for as long as it has.

I have not seen any company dumps in well over a year. Float remains the same. Check out the Historical Data and you will see the same as I am. GLTU
