I don't think the company paid for the promotion last year and I doubt it if they paid for this one. Many times you will see an investor pay for a promotion so they can dump their shares. My guess is the E*TRADE investor who keeps putting 10K shares on the Ask. Price would have gone to $2.20 - $2.50 without their selling.

If it is the company... good for them. It is how I learned about them last year and they need the exposure with the story they have to tell. Not all promoted stocks are shady. I think somebody said, "If they won't promote their story then I will do it for them".
