Speculation, why flaunt anything in creditors faces, it would delay, probably cause the whole thing to be dismissed.

They are related if anything, UMS wants to be public, if the share price goes up because they are making bank, then this Chapter 11 doesn't complete and it turns into a share selling debacle, clear this debt up best situation for all stakeholders.
