Yes, exactly, if we were shareholders of UMS,LLC shares they would be toast but iTalk Inc. common shareholders. The original process of a Reverse triangular merger keeps all entities separate until final combination, which never happened due to the preferred shares.

It's clear that TALK shares will be unaffected by the UMS,LLC Chapter 11, now what isn't clear is how these entities exist and what they own post Chapter 11.
