There is little need to sell off those Triway shares for the purposes mentioned. SIAF does not have much debt and SJAP is expected to raise a lot of money through its own IPO. Solomon seems loath to sell anything. It is hardly in character for him to sell a very valuable stake in Triway on the cheap. My impression is that he tries to act rationally on the whole.
