EQR announced Tuesday continued positive non-GAAP earnings of $0.39 per share, 96.00% below the same quarter a year ago, beating the mean consensus estimate of $0.29.

Rambus (NASDAQ: RMBS) reported Q1 EPS of $0.17, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $97.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $95.52 million.

Arlington Asset Investment (NYSE: AI) reported Q1 EPS of $0.60, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $14.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $19.43 million.
