To be fair, I don't think there is any way they could be selling in Kenya in LESS THAN 90 days. Even 90 days is probably pushing it, but she did say it is possible if all goes well.

She said this: "The approval process could take as little as 90 days, after which we will be prepared to take orders for shipment through our recently announced distribution agreement,” concluded Griffin. The Company plans to reach commercialization for Lodonal in Kenya in 2017."

It COULD take only 90 days, but often things don't go as quickly as desired. 90 days would be GREAT! They could then begin taking orders, but actual sales would probably take a bit longer as would actual payment. Still, this is great news! They say the hope to reach commercialization in Kenya sometime yet in 2017 so it kind of gives me the impression it won't be quite as soon as we would like to think.

What I liked about this announcement is that this ND is for both cancer AND HIV!

Here is what it said:

"...today announced it has submitted its New Drug Application (NDA) to the Pharmacy and Poison Board (PPB) in Kenya for Lodonal for the treatment of patients with HIV AND cancer, both as a standalone treatment as well as an adjunct treatment, and as an immunomodulator."

Hopefully we will hear from Nigeria in the near future.

If I'm not mistaken, the Nigeria NDA is just for HIV. Is that right? Can anyone confirm that?

Things are really looking up here!
