I and hundreds of others appear to have been bilked by Iodice in another of his "enterprises", Compass Energy Holdings and Artemis Acquisition Corp. We recently received a letter with promises of great prospects as a result of a recent merger with Mutual Management Group, Inc. We're promised a "gift" of shares in the new Management Group equal to our shares in Compass/Artemis and a bonus opportunity to double our shares if we "move quickly to process your certificate transaction" for $165 Transfer Agent Fee.

I've been researching Iodice as best I can via internet. I found a letter from South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson regarding the prosecution of Iodice and his guilty plea. It states that a sentencing hearing was scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday March 14, 2017. I have yet to find the result of the sentencing hearing.

I stumbled on your post https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=130765646 dated Monday, 04/24/17 stating Iodice is currently in prison for fraud. Do you know where/how I could verify this?
