No matter how many times this is said it is and will REMAIN BULLSHIT! for 99% of investors. Now do we know what would really have to be done to "lock up" the shares? It's not hard to find out.

Oh and not to mention the fact pmcb has about 1billion shares out there and short interest is a measly 0.09%
