Since almost nothing* that Nathan Hall has disclosed in the past 2 and a half years has come to fruition, I think that a reasonable person might dismiss anything Hall is purportedly doing on behalf of WOGI shareholders as "suspect." The cached link offered a reasonable explanation of why the Peruvian dealeos are not transpiring as promised.

*The exception possibly being the original Pennsylvania oil wells. It would appear that all or most of the ten wells were drilled but tell me again how much oil was pumped?
