Normally... OUTSTANDING SHARES !! That is the amount actually owned by someone... including... insiders... Authorized, is the amount that the BOD has said they could sell to use the money... for whatever... BUT until issued... no one owns them... just a reservation so to speak...


Hope that helps... This is the reason.. I keep asking WHAT is the O/S count.... We know it is greater than published on the website... and don't know how much bigger it has Grown.. some think a little over 500Million.. but we also don't know if more money will be needed to close the deal... and if they might use shares to get it...
