Complete nonsense again. The facts are:

The CEO acquired the shell - he didn't "gotten mixed up in a shell company" as you put it.

He paid CPAs and attorneys to get it cleaned up, OTC Current and was then successful in driving through a name change and a ticker change - the sort of things many OTC CEOs say they are going to do but don't actually deliver even after 2-5 years.

All the above was achieved whilst still a full-time college student.
